Victory Real Estate Investments, LLC is a private, closely held, commercial real estate company based in Columbus, GA.  Our portfolio includes a vast array of nationally recognized tenants.  We manage all of our own assets, maintaining the principle that successful tenant and lender relationships are inextricably intertwined with successful management.

Primary Focus

Our primary focus is retail property development, redevelopment, acquisition, and management.  Victory currently owns and operates more than 3.9 million square feet of prime retail space throughout the Southeastern United States.  We are able to sustain profitability and systematic growth through long-term ownership and asset accumulation; risk and liability management; practical deployment of human resources; prudent investments in corporate infrastructure and operating systems.  Our keys to success include a corporate management team with many years experience in investment real estate.  All of our properties are managed and leased by our well-trained and professional staff.
