Jim Loftin, SCLS Vice President - Development	Jim joined Victory in 1997 and has continuously served as V.P. of Development. Prior to joining Victory, Jim was employed as a commercial broker with Fickling and Company. Jim is a 1990 graduate of Columbus College and holds the ICSC's Senior Certified Leasing Specialist designation.
Bill Haynes Senior Leasing Specialist	Bill Haynes has served as Victory's Sr. Leasing Specialist since joining the company in 2002. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Bill joined CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. as a leasing representative. Prior to joining Victory, Bill worked as a Senior Leasing Representative with Robert B. Aikens & Associates in Troy, Michigan. Bill currently works on development projects and leases properties in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Daniel Martin Leasing Specialist	Daniel joined Victory in 2006 as a Leasing Specialist. Daniel earned a B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University in 2002 and a Master's in Public Administration with a graduate minor in Economic Development in 2004. Prior to joining Victory, Daniel worked as an Economic Developer in Pike County, Alabama. Daniel currently leases properties in Florida.
Gary Drexler, II Leasing Specialist	Gary attended both St. John’s University and University of Alaska at Fairbanks where he studied Business Administration-Finance. In 2004, he joined Holland America Cruise Lines as an Assistant Cruise Director. Gary joined Victory's leasing department in the fall of 2006. Gary currently leases properties located in Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Allen Gordon Leasing Specialist	Allen attended Valdosta State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in the Fall of 2007. He joined Victory full time in 2008 as a Leasing Specialist. Allen currently leases properties in Georgia and the Carolinas.
